Father Elkin Gonzalez’s Prayer

Merciful Father, in the awareness of your blessings, in the contemplation of your love, and in the realization of the sufferings of your people, we come to you with confidence to pour out our hearts before your presence. Out of the depths, we cry out, listen to us, o Lord. Console those who are ill and the ones who are losing hope. Move the hearts of those who are indifferent and kindle the fire of charity in those who have chosen the path of hatred. Bring peace to our world, strengthen the feeble, and open our eyes to see and understand that only in helping one another, the invisible grace we receive from you becomes tangible. Amen.
