Meet Britt Kellerman, the incoming Executive Director of Friends of San Lucas!
Britt is an experienced leader with over 15 years of experience in nonprofit management, including program development and oversight, fundraising, innovation and strategic planning. She began her career working on the US/Mexico border advancing affordable housing and financial education in El Paso, Texas.
Britt has spent the last 9 years in leadership roles at Comunidades Latinas Unidas En Servicio (CLUES), including most recently as Vice President of Development, Impact and Innovation. In this role Britt led efforts to advance organizational growth and innovation including supporting development of new initiatives, fundraising, integration and alignment of programming, and organizational infrastructure for strategic advancement.
Britt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and Spanish from Hamline University and a Master’s in Social Work with a Community Practice concentration from the University of Minnesota.
Britt spends most of her free time with her husband, Ricardo, and two children, Nico Azul (1 yr) and Luca (7 yrs). She loves to travel, read, garden, and spend time enjoying nature!
