A Glimpse of Mission History
Café Juan Ana supports small growers and compensates them at above-market rates. This Direct Trade Program supports families and strengthens communities by providing a dependable income for their best coffee. What many people don’t know is that the program was named after Father Greg’s parents – John (Juan) and Ann (Ana) – who provided the initial funding to buy land for the program. Founded in the early 90s, this program has grown substantially to support dozens of growers and their families each year.
