Support Friends of San Lucas on Give to the Max Day

Every year in November, a nonprofit organization called GiveMN hosts Give to the Max Day to encourage charitable giving. Every gift increases the odds of the receiving organization winning prize money from GiveMN. We hope we can count on you to support us on November 18, Minnesota’s biggest fundraising day of the year.

This year we are raising money for the Mission Healthcare Program. Quality healthcare is a basic human right. But in the low-resource rural communities surrounding San Lucas, access to healthcare is scarce. Even in the city, many residents cannot afford treatment for disease.

Thanks to donors like you, the Mission Healthcare Program operates a hospital on a pay-what-you-can basis and runs a Health Promoter Program, which trains residents of rural communities to prevent and identify common illnesses among their population. The Healthcare Program treats more than 20,000 patients per year.

Mark your calendar for Give to the Max Day on Thursday, November 18, or kickstart our campaign by making an early gift today at givemn.org/friendsofsanlucas.

Your gift will do transformative, life-saving work in San Lucas. Thank you for your generosity.
