Women’s Center Cooking Class: Pupusas and Fruit Cocktail

Join the Women’s Center team live as they teach how to prepare two crowd favorites: pupusas and fruit cocktail! Pupusas are thick tortillas stuffed with delicious, savory ingredients. Historically a Salvadoran dish, pupusas are popular in San Lucas and are among the recipes taught at cooking workshops offered by the Women’s Center. There, participants learn how to prepare a variety of dishes that can then be sold for extra income. We hope you can join this interactive (and delicious!) cooking class on Tuesday, July 26 at 6:00pm CST. An ingredient list will be shared with registered attendees a few days before the event.
